A font license permits the utilization of a font in specified and designated ways. The user does not own the font, classified as software, not a tangible product.
The terms and conditions governing permitted use are detailed in a legally binding agreement between you and Orange Slice Type. This agreement precedes the Orange Slice Type End User License Agreement (EULA) in specific areas, such as user parameters or usage details particular to individual end users.
All typefaces and fonts offered by Orange Slice Type are protected under copyright law. Additionally, the names of our typefaces and fonts are registered trademarks. All prices presented on this website and on invoices and receipts are denominated in Euros (EUR), per standard practice in the Netherlands.
In the current version, we follow a universal licensing model: desktop/print, web, and application licenses based on a specific number of users are available for purchase out of the box. If you need a license other than that, please contact us. We plan to implement a more advanced licensing model in the next version in the near future.
